Manoj Abraham IPS is currently the Director General of Police, Thiruvananthapuram and the Head of Cyber Security, in Kerala State. He has won numerous national and international awards in areas of cyber security, social policing and traffic schemes. He is the architect of Kerala police Cyberdome - a PPP initiative in Cyber security and also the Man behind c0c0n - International Cyber Security Conference.

The keynote will cover the emerging attack vectors, and the role of community-driven defense in shaping the future of cyber security.

He will deliver the Inaugural Address, sharing his perspectives on the intersection of industry, technology, and the growing importance of cyber resilience in critical infrastructure, along with the evolving imperatives of data sovereignty in an increasingly interconnected world.

R. Vittal Raj is the Founder and Partner at Kumar & Raj Chartered Accountants, Chennai, and a globally respected thought leader in IT governance, cybersecurity, and risk management. A Fellow Chartered Accountant, he holds multiple prestigious certifications including CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, CIA and CFE.

His keynote will explore the evolving landscape of IT governance, cyber risk, and the regulatory frameworks shaping India's digital future.

Lt Gen. M Unnikrishnan Nair PVSM, AVSM, SM (Retd.)

Former National Cyber Security Coordinator at National Security Council Secretariat.

Lt Gen M Unnikrishnan Nair PVSM, AVSM, SM (retired) is a former Signal Officer in Chief of the Indian Army, where he served for nearly 40 years in multiple assignments. As a Lt Gen, he was also the Commandant of the Military College of Telecommunications Engineering (MICTE) at Mhow, Indore, as also the Chief of Staff, of Army's Central Command.

His closing keynote address will draw on his vast experience at the intersection of military communications, national security, and emerging cyber threats.

Co-founder, Security BSides

Jack Daniel is a storyteller, blacksmith, luthier, woodcarver, comic, bartender, and motorcyclist. In other words, Jack is retired. Jack is also a community builder and historian, he is a co-founder of Security BSides and the creator of the Shoulders of InfoSec Project.

In a past life, he added things like technologist, security professional, admin, podcaster, and blogger to his bio, but no longer. Jack also used to list things like jobs, such as the many he held at Tenable before retiring.
