Executive Director at Muthoot Housing Finance Company Ltd.

Suzannah Muthoot is the Executive Director of Muthoot Housing Finance Company Limited (MHFCL), a key division of the Muthoot Pappachan Group (Muthoot Blue). She was appointed as a Whole-Time Director effective December 23, 2024.

With a strong focus on corporate strategy and operational excellence, she oversees strategic initiatives across the group's financial services, including affordable housing finance, gold loans, and microfinance. She is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and holds a Master’s in Management from IE Business School.

Beyond her corporate role, Suzannah is a dedicated advocate for gender equity and inclusivity, actively collaborating with organizations like CII-IWN and INK. In 2024, she was honored with the "I Am Woman" award in recognition of her contributions to women’s empowerment.
