Dr. Girish Kulkarni is a veteran healthcare technology leader and the CISO at the eHealth Research Center (eHRC), IIIT-Bangalore, where he oversees security for the national Tele-MANAS project.
With over 30 years of experience, he is Global CIO Certified (ISB) and a Certified Healthcare CIO (CHCIO). He has held executive roles at major institutions like NIMHANS, Columbia Asia, and Sakra World Hospital. Currently the Chairperson for CHIME India, Dr. Kulkarni is a recognized expert in healthcare informatics and cybersecurity, dedicated to securing large-scale digital health infrastructures.
