Colonel Nidhish Bhatnagar is an accomplished innovator, thought leader, and policy shaper with over three decades of multifaceted experience. A decorated veteran of the Indian Army, he served for 25 years, earning recognition for his strategic vision and leadership. Subsequently, he transitioned seamlessly into corporate, government, and academic roles, including leading defense programs at Larsen & Toubro and serving as Chief of Staff in key Indian ministries.
At Rashtriya Raksha University, he directed tech-focused schools and spearheaded its startup and innovation incubators, fostering advancements in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies. His contributions towards enhancing India’s cyber resilience towards conducting cutting edge cyber exercises and training, as also developing cyber products including India’s first indigenous large scale cyber range are noteworthy.
